9. Glossary

Action

A partner's share in a joint-stock company (société anonyme SA, société en commandite par actions SCA), which represents a fraction of the share capital and serves as a unit for the rights and obligations of the partners.

Lease

Contract by which one party, called the lessor, undertakes, in return for a price, which the other party, called the lessee, undertakes to pay, to provide the latter with the enjoyment of a movable or immovable thing for a certain period of time.

Operator

Natural or legal person, under public or private law, holder or applicant of the authorization to operate.

Infringement

Behavior prohibited by law and punishable, depending on its seriousness, by a fine and/or prison sentence....
