3. Identify environmental information procedures

A distinction must be made between two situations:

  • when environmental information about your facility must be made available to the public on a voluntary basis. This is called public disclosure, and takes place as part of the licensing procedure;

  • when the public takes the initiative to request access to environmental information about your facility: this is the request for information, which can occur at any time during the operation of your facility.

3.1 Public dissemination of environmental information
