2. Draw up an initial status report for each piece of equipment concerned

You carry out an initial inspection of the equipment concerned (tank, sump, etc.) based on the original or reconstituted equipment file, its construction characteristics (material, construction code or standard, coating, if any) and the history of work carried out on the tank (initial inspection, inspections, non-destructive testing, maintenance and repairs, if any), where such information exists.

The initial state can be established in accordance with the recommendations of professional guides recognized by the Minister for the Environment (see "Going further").
