4. Draw up an inspection or monitoring plan for the site
The inspection or surveillance plan is a document which defines the set of operations prescribed to ensure control of the condition and compliance over time of a piece of equipment or a group of pieces of equipment subject to surveillance. The term "surveillance plan" is used for equipment not covered by an inspection department.
The inspection or monitoring plan may be drawn up in accordance with the recommendations of professional guides recognized by the Minister for the Environment.
For each piece of equipment for which an inspection and monitoring plan has been set up, the operator draws up a file containing :
initial state of the equipment ;
presentation of the strategy put in place to check the condition of the equipment (procedures, frequency, methods,...
