Do I have to monitor the environment of my business once it has been sold?
No, but to avoid incurring liability, make sure that the person taking over your activities has registered with the prefect as the new operator.
In the absence of a declaration, the former operator retains this status in the eyes of the authorities, despite the existence of a contract for the sale of its facilities to another company (Douai Administrative Court of Appeal, May 28, 2003, Sté Brument Pneus, no. 01DA00205 and 206 ).
Do I have to file a request for review of my classified establishment?
