Identify the operator's monitoring obligations

The prefectoral authorization or registration order and the declaration receipt are the starting point for the legal operation of a classified facility. To ensure the integration and acceptability of the installation in its environment, and to maintain its legal status, the operator must identify all the elements that must be followed during the operating phase of the classified installation. Failure to do so could result in environmental liability.
