3.1 Changing your activities
Any modification to the facility, its mode of use or its surroundings that is likely to result in a significant change to the elements of the initial file (declaration, registration or authorization) must be brought to the attention of the prefect with all the relevant information before it is carried out. The DGPR memo of December 21, 2021 sets out the procedures for examining modifications to facilities classified for environmental protection (ICPE).
