6. Our advice

6.1 Gather and update regulatory texts relating to your ICPE

Your installation is subject to several regulations:

• ICPE nomenclature heading(s);

• where applicable, a ministerial order setting out the general requirements applicable to your category of plant;

• the prefectoral decree, and any additional prefectoral decree(s).

It's a good idea to collect these texts on computer and/or on paper, and to monitor their evolution, so as to be able to work from a complete, up-to-date database.
