2. Range

The integrated decree has a very broad scope, since it concerns most of the 400 classified facilities covered by the operating permit system.

However, for certain specific activities for which the legislator has identified particular nuisances to which the content of regulatory requirements must be adapted, the arrêté du 2 février 1998 does not apply.

These are the following authorized activities, as defined in Article 1:

• boilers classified under heading 2910;

• quarries, primary processing facilities for quarry materials and inert waste storage...
