4. How do you manage your ICPE's water withdrawals and consumption?

As the manager of an ICPE, you must, in general, whatever your regime, or if you are subject to the declaration regime, you must :

• preserve aquatic ecosystems and the distribution of water resources, as stipulated in article L. 214-7 of the Code de l’environnement ;

• take all necessary steps to limit your water consumption;

• as stipulated in articles L. 214-7 and L. 214-8 of the Code de l’environnement , put in place all the necessary means to measure and evaluate your water withdrawals from surface and/or...
