6. Taxes and royalties

To comply with the various regulations to which you are subject, you must pay certain taxes and fees collected by various bodies.

In particular, you must pay certain taxes to your water agency, as stipulated in article L. 213-10 of Code de l’environnement :

  • the "abstraction" fee ;

  • The "modernization of collection networks" fee ;

  • The "pollution" fee.
