1. Analyze the declaration receipt

Once you have submitted your declaration, the prefecture will issue you with a declaration receipt, together with a copy of the ministerial decree of general requirements applicable to your facility. This receipt contains several types of information:

• a reminder of the date and purpose of the declaration;

• identification of the declarant ;

• the list of headings concerned by the declaration ;

• a reminder of the deadline for the first periodic inspection, set at 6 months after commissioning.

The analysis of your receipt is therefore important, as it will enable you to take note of the decree(s) of general prescriptions applicable to your installations, and to ensure the conformity of your installations....
