1. How are files accepted and procedures launched?

You have submitted your registration file [FIC 0017] . The Prefect's analysis of the admissibility of a file must be carried out within 15 days of submission. It will be carried out according to three criteria:

  • completeness check ;

  • examination of regularity ;

  • tipping test.
