1. Conditions for issuing the declaration receipt

The operator of an activity that falls under the declaration regime for one or more headings in the nomenclature of classified installations must, before starting up, submit three copies of a declaration file to the prefecture (see Preparing a declaration file [FIC 0057] ).

After examining the file, which is done with the technical support of the Classified Facilities Inspectorate, the Prefect may :
