4. Our advice
4.1 Once the declaration receipt has been issued, regularly monitor the evolution of classified activities in relation to the threshold(s) of the ICPE heading(s) concerned.
The legislator stipulates that in the event of a substantial modification to an activity involving a significant change to the elements of the initial declaration file, the operator must renew his declaration before the modifications are put into service. The new declaration file is examined according to the same procedure as the initial file, and a new declaration receipt is issued.
