1. Identify your consultation obligations

1.1 Your obligations

You must :

  • post a public information notice on the site where the facility is to be built, from the time your application is submitted until the end of the consultation process; the form and content of this notice will be set out in a future ministerial order (article R. 512-46-15 of the Code de l’environnement );

  • prepare a dossier in which you describe and analyze the nature, characteristics and impact of your project: this dossier is drawn up for the attention of the prefect of the département (the prefect of police in Paris), but also for the...
