4.1 Organize traceability of self-monitoring results
When an operating report was mandatory, its content included a summary of emissions monitoring, facility operation and environmental impact. The report also described air, surface and groundwater quality, soil conditions, trends in flows of the main pollutants and waste management.
With the disappearance of the operating report, it remains essential to organize the traceability of self-monitoring results in order to facilitate periodic inspection of the plant.
