ICPE AS: installation classée pour la protection de l'environnement, with easement

ORSEC: organization of the civil security response (formerly organization of emergency services)

PCS: plan communal de sauvegarde

Planbleu: safety plan for retirement homes

POI: internal operation plan (for ICPE AS)

POL.MAR: marine pollution

PPI: plan particulier d'intervention (the notion of "plan" disappeared with the 2004 Civil Protection Modernization Act, but the name PPI has been retained for this operational tool which is part of the specific provisions of the ORSEC system).
