3. Identify the different stages in the environmental authorization process

3.1 Phase 1 preliminary

Before submitting your environmental permit application, you can request information from the relevant administrative authority, enabling you to prepare your project and the permit application file.

The answers given by the latter depend on the status of the project, and prejudge neither the content of the file that will ultimately be required to examine the authorization request, nor the decision that will be taken at the end of the process.
