4.1 Be vigilant in the preliminary phase

This phase allows you to request information that will enable you to prepare your project and the application for authorization from the competent administrative authority.

While the answers given by the latter do not prejudge the decision that will be taken at the end of the examination phase of your file, they can be very useful in assessing the feasibility of your project, as well as the information and documents you need to include in your file.
