7. Mistakes to avoid
7.1 Don't assume that non-classification relieves you of all environmental obligations
The non-classification regime does not mean that you have no environmental obligations to meet. It only implies that :
you are exempt from declaring, registering or requesting authorization under ICPE regulations;
for operation and closure, you do not have to comply with any technical requirements under the same regulations.
