5. Submitting your declaration

You must submit your declaration file online using the teleservice available on the Service public website.

As of 1 er January 2016, filing declarations must be done electronically. The dematerialization of declarations is one of the simplification measures decided by the Government to facilitate exchanges between the administration and companies.

Declarants benefit from a CERFA-approved online declaration form, as well as online assistance.
