Is it still possible to bury waste?
It is forbidden to dispose of non-ultimate waste in a landfill. By ultimate, we mean waste that cannot be recovered under current technical and economic conditions. So, since July 2002, sending paper, wood or plastic waste to a landfill site has, in theory, been forbidden.
Is it conditionally authorized to burn waste?
Departmental health regulations prohibit open-air burning of waste, even green waste.
