5. What do collection and disposal mean?

All the requirements to be met when collecting and disposing of (or recovering) waste are described in the Subcontracting waste management sheet: points to check [FIC 0785] . As a general rule, all service providers involved in the chain must hold a prefectoral authorization, and waste transporters must hold a receipt for the declaration of their activity valid for five years.
