The choice of actors is crucial to the success of a project, influencing the entire life of the project and the design of the product itself. The challenge is to offer help in making the right decisions regarding the choice of actors, in order to improve design decisions.
The SACADO (Système d'aide aux choix d'acteur et aux décisions d'organisation) method is a two-part decision-making aid: a target process to be followed to avoid malfunctions (see figure below), and a choice of actor sheet to help get closer to the target process and capitalize on the process and the decision taken.
