6. Mistakes to avoid

  • Remember that a flash during an HF welding cycle can be used to adjust the flatness or parallelism of the tooling on the machine.

  • Never set your machine within the breakdown limits of the materials to be welded, as you'll inexorably damage your tooling by creating micro-perforations, even if you're equipped with a high-performance anti-flash device. Train your staff to use the right method!
