2. Defining and structuring formalization bricks, capturing know-how

The building blocks identified in the previous step must enable you to describe your know-how. To do this, each of them must be able to accommodate structured information: headings.

The spreadsheet offers you a pre-selection of headings to build your "Know-How" bricks, with a set of the most common headings enabling generic, operational and technical descriptions, as well as monitoring and managing these bricks over time. It also includes an example of a "Rule" brick built using a selection of these headings.

These headings provide a structured means of formalizing the expressions of know-how contained in various media (e.g. documents, guides, etc.) or held by experts. In the latter case, the bricks can be used as capitalization sheets for direct use by the experts, or as questionnaires for the people who will be responsible for capturing...
