 INTRODUCTION

You want to identify, position and assess your organization's know-how (processes, practices, business rules, tools, expertise, experience, etc.), and define a development plan in line with your innovation objectives. This involves :

  • define the mapping repository for your organization ;

  • identify, position and evaluate the elements of know-how ;

  • define a know-how development plan to contribute to the innovation dynamic;

  • share, monitor and update cartography.

Mapping is a repository that provides a global, structured vision of your activities that can be shared by all the players in your organization (a common language).
