During the course of a project, the project manager should always "keep his finger on the pulse" of his project team, and check the match between skills and the execution of assigned tasks. React concretely to contributions and pass on information in a targeted way (positive or negative feedback), so that the motivation of those involved in the project is maintained, as well as these conditions.
During the course of the project, plan to question the functioning of your project group on a recurring basis, using the following criteria:
communication and information within the group ;
collaboration between group members ;
motivation ;
commitment ;
