Company organization for robot design

The problem of designing innovative robots, or mechatronic systems more generally, raises the question of how to exploit external skills in relation to internal design resources. You need to set up an original organization within the company based on openness to external partners in design tasks.

We propose an organization whose aim is to facilitate the design of complex machines within a company whose design resources are incomplete. It is based on the exploration of internal and external resources, and the development of an ephemeral entity to develop a product.
