2.1 Case 1: when the contract is concluded

To fulfill your legal verification obligations, you must request the following documents from your subcontractor ( article D. 8222-5 du Code du travail ):

• URSSAF certificate less than 6 months old concerning the declarations to be made to social security bodies and the payment of contributions;

• the receipt for the declaration filed with a business formalities center, if the subcontractor is not required to register with the trade and companies...
