Customer

A person who asks a subcontractor to carry out services or work on his behalf.

Main contractor

A person who has made a commitment to the project owner to perform services or work.

Kbis

Official document certifying the legal existence of a commercial enterprise in France, consisting of an extract from the Trade and Companies Register.

Project owner

Person to whom you are committed to provide services or work.

Subcontracting

Operation whereby you entrust to another person all or part of the services or work that you would normally perform if you had the necessary equipment, skills, time or personnel.
