3. Our advice

3.1 Organize the traceability of your verifications

You must be able to provide evidence that your subcontractor has carried out the required legal checks:

  • at the time the contract is concluded ;

  • every six months until contract completion.

So it's important to keep a record of the work you've done and the supporting documents you've received.
