OBS

Organizational structure of the project, identifying the responsibilities of each contributor for each project task.

PERT

A tool for scheduling project tasks, used at the very beginning of the planning process. The elements of the PERT network (tasks, relationships between tasks, calculation of earliest and latest dates, critical path, margins) are the information needed to draw up the project schedule.

WBS

Hierarchical breakdown – based on tasks and activities – of the work that the project team must carry out to achieve the project objectives and produce the deliverables. These elements form the basis of the project schedule.
