1. Identify and implement the necessary skills
Once the list of tasks has been drawn up, it's time to identify the skills needed to carry them out. These skills vary according to the nature of the task to be carried out: business, technical, managerial skills, etc.
Thinking in terms of skills enables us to meet the exact needs of the task, and therefore of the project.
1.1 Then find the right people and assign them to tasks
Once you've defined the skills you need, you need to find the people who have them, inside or outside your organization, and assign them to the tasks. We then check that the planning is still in line with the expected project completion date.
