4.1 Brief definition of the subject

The project involves advising a small to medium-sized company wishing to set up a housing estate on the outskirts of Caen, where a sustainable development approach is a prerequisite for obtaining planning permission from the local council.

The architect in charge of the project proposes to respond favorably to the sustainable development constraint by building the subdivision in earth.

What's more, the SME wants to use this sustainable development approach to implement it within the company and thus develop better social cohesion.
