4.1 Keep proof of declaration of subcontracting

For public procurement contracts, if the declaration of subcontracting is made when the main contractor submits his bid, it is registered at the same time as the bid. However, when the declaration is made during the performance of the contract, it must be delivered to the project owner against a receipt, or sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt ( article R. 2193-3 du Code de la commande publique ).
