3. Central zone: data
The central zone of Part A is where the basic data is entered. It represents the monthly actual or forecast in the unit selected. It takes the form of a matrix where the rows are the selected activities or tasks, and the columns are the months of the year under consideration.
A special color code is used to visually separate the actual from the forecast:
the data highlighted in red are the actual data. It is not possible to make any manual changes, and only the unit selection buttons can be used to modify their format (from hours to cost to FTE, etc.);
data highlighted in blue are forecast data. In this case, the data can be modified at will;
the COMMIT's zone, also with a red background, is where year-end commitments for the business are shown every...
