4. Consolidation zone

Located to the right of the central zone, this six-column zone summarizes the source data in the unit selected in the choice zone:

• the red SPENT column gives the sum of cumulative sales for a given month (sum of red data in the same row);

• the blue CTC column shows the amount remaining to be done by the end of the year (sum of the blue data on the same line);

• the green FCAC column gives the year-end forecast (SPENT + CTC on the same line);

• the LAST FCST column gives the forecast for the previous month;

• The VAR FCST column gives the difference between the last two forecasts (FCAC - LAST FCST);

• the VAR (%) column gives the previous deviation in percent.
