4. Our advice

4.1 Respect a presentation charter available within the company to clearly identify its image.

Spelling, grammar and syntax must be meticulous. Sobriety, clarity and airy slides will ensure sustained attention; black, sans-serif writing with sufficiently large characters will be legible (size 18 minimum); the rules of page layout, in harmony with the company's graphic charter, will also be used for all your messages (if possible, in e-mails too); your audience should be surprised by slides in total contrast with all the others on an essential point or to encourage exchanges.
