Define project deliverables

Project deliverables can be of several kinds:

• product deliverables corresponding to the product, including plans, models, diagrams, prototypes, etc. ;

• project deliverables, including three key deliverables: the project charter, the project management plan and the project report;

• management deliverables, including project progress reports and dashboards.

This sheet presents the successive stages in the development of project deliverables.
