2. Setting practical benchmarks

2.1 When to announce the presentation?

Any important meeting must be planned, announced to the participants and reminded a few days before the scheduled date. If the presence of certain people is essential as stakeholders or users of the project product, it is advisable to ensure that the dates envisaged are compatible for as many of them as possible. The use of a shared calendar greatly facilitates this task of finding available slots. These aspects are essential and reveal four important concepts.
