5. How do you know if you've succeeded?

"You will have succeeded if..." is an interesting statement to make to facilitators and sponsors. You can use this formulation during sharing seminars to obtain answers adapted to your context.

For example, you will have succeeded if :

  • a rapid response (less than a week) to a question;

  • shared best practices are reused;

  • collective thinking is accelerated.
