Avoid the overly pessimistic attitude of an engineer who sees only the negative sides of project risks, linked to technical issues, possible delays, and hazards that may arise during the course of the project.
Engineers often have a purely technical vision and a preoccupation with immediate solutions, without being accustomed, like lawyers, to turning situations and their consequences over to the other party, be it the customer or suppliers.
