Sophie TOUBLANC: Project management consultant and trainer
INTRODUCTION
Procurement management for your project depends on your organization's purchasing policy and the strategic choices it has made for the project. For example, if your organization has chosen to develop some of your project's services in-house and/or to order other services and a set of project supplies externally ("make or buy"), you'll need to make sure you've made the right choice when planning procurement and selecting suppliers.
The description of the services and the evaluation criteria to be met by the offer and the supplier will be detailed in advance. These criteria make it possible to evaluate and compare offers, and to select the best among them. As part of your projects, this sheet will help you collect service offers and select suppliers on the basis of relevant criteria. The final choice is followed by the conclusion of the contract, which sets out the conditions for its execution, control and invoicing, right through to its closure.
