2. Ruling on modification requests

The previous step enabled you to collect product modification requests from your end-users or internal stakeholders.

It's important to keep track of your customers' contact details, as this information will be very useful in your communication processes. The quality of the request's formulation will enable you to fully understand the context of the request, and therefore its added value for applicants. If it's not sufficiently explicit, you'll have to get back to the requester, which is why it's so important to keep their contact details.

The first analysis will enable you to validate the benefits of accepting the product modification request.
