6. Mistakes to avoid
6.1 Don't jeopardize the project by misappropriating the EO
Typically, the TO is drawn up by the project manager and his or her technical team. All team members, right up to the project manager, must be able to understand the structure of the TO and its objectives. The project team must therefore agree on the ownership and use of the TO as a project management tool. Failure to take collective ownership of the TO threatens the completion of the project and the achievement of its objectives.
Make sure you don't confuse the task flow chart with the product tree.
