4. Short-term preparation: the dress rehearsal

The day before the project review, the project manager should check the timing and flow of the presentation, and work with his team on a critical study to eliminate or regroup boards. Practice is also recommended, particularly with regard to voice placement.

You may need to prepare a few sheets of paper with the main ideas to be developed, in support of the key sentences in the plates. This is essential if the presentation is to be made in a foreign language in which you have little command.
