INTRODUCTION
Project reviews are meetings that take place at certain key dates in an industrial project, notably at the hinge between each phase and at the end of the project; they are intended to show the project's progress (by producing "deliverables").
A project review is important: it's the meeting point between the project manager and his team, and the company's decision-maker(s), or even its customers. It gives rise to decisions about the project's future. It cannot be improvised. This worksheet answers the following questions:
How can you prepare for a design project review?
How to make your Powerpoint presentation a success (form and content)?
What should you do just before your presentation to give yourself the best chance of success?
What are the conditions for a successful design project review?
What to put in the review?
