1. Assessing the context

In many cases, sample management is an underestimated area of industrial activity. Yet sampling is a step that will determine the future of your business, or at the very least, whether it can be expanded or simply maintained.

It's important to be responsive, but also to avoid taking the easy way out, which can lead to responses that are ill-suited in terms of quality or cost.

In fact, waiting too long to send a sample to a potential customer may appear suspicious, or even be interpreted as a virtual refusal to cooperate.
